This Bible reading schedule takes you through the Bible in a year in approximately 15 minutes a day, with daily readings from both the Old and New Testaments. Old Testament books are in chronological order according to event. New Testament books are in canonical order, except that Luke is moved before Acts, which was also written by Luke. This schedule was prepared by A. Allison Lewis and is published here with his permission. Each day’s reading in the tables below opens that day’s reading in a separate window on the BibleGateway site where you can select your preferred translation. You can also download a bookmark for the Old Testament and a bookmark for the New Testament to use in your Bible.
