Brother, the insight of Christ thru your words makes me smile, praise God! Of course! I got caught up in the muck and mire of the human requirement for evidence. I will be careful, to remember not to be so sure next time.
These words are so appropriate, the Lord's timing is marvelous beyond compare! You see, my class meeting next Tuesday evening, will be discussing several essays written to seek to find common ground for science and religion. After reading these through I find the scientists simply belittle any real example of faith, however, they exalt spiritualism. The subject of intelligent design is condemned and dismissed. Evolution is exalted almost as an ideology.
My argument is that these are not even comparable, IF we are speaking of true faith in the Living God of heaven. That no common ground may be found for science= man's ideas of existance, and reigion= the living worship of the Creator of the universe. Reconcilliation may come to man thru faith in Christ Jesus, but never to man's unredeemed thinking. His thoughts are not our thoughts.
This is like a shot of faith! I love the truth of your words! Miracles are not miracles to the Law Giver. For "the laws of the motion" of the sun were stopped, reversed, stopped, and reversed once again, for king Hezekiah?
I will go to be consumed by Dr.
Hovind's seminar in a *faith building fire*.
