Heavenly Father, I want to thank you for Nancy's Dad and that he is your child. You have promised to care for your own and we know that he is in Your loving capable care. We desire healing for him, Lord, and ask that You place your healing touch on his body right now as he lays in his hospital bed. Give those caring for him much wisdom and alertness to know how to treat his illness. Be with him and his family, give them your peace and joy, and may his hospital room be so full of Your presence that all who enter it will feel it and be blessed.
I especially pray for Nancy that you will help her to go to sleep each night and have a restful sleep, so that she can be alert and have all that she needs to meet the demands of each day. Bless her for her love and concern and care for her Dad.
And Lord, most of all, I pray that Nancy's brothers will come to know you as their Saviour AND their Lord. Thank you that Nancy, her parents and younger brother are yours, and we pray that you will work through them, as well as through this situation, to bring her other brothers to You.
May You receive glory and honor and praise through this whole situation. In Christ's Name I ask it. Amen.
