I've been praying about a few things that I would like to share with you all. I am looking at a doctoral program in counselor education and supervision and I feel like God is moving me in this direction but I have a lot of anxiety about it. I received my master's in counseling in 2002 and haven't really been working in the field that much since. Just recently I have been feeling a tug at my heart to fulfill my passion of counseling but fear has been creeping in. I found a school and a program that would be perfect for me but I don't know if this is what God really wants for me or is it my desire to do something more because of boredom. I don't want to do anything out of His will but I don't want to miss His will because of fear. Please just help me pray for clear direction and if it is to pursue this degree then I really need help with the personal essay...it's been a while since I've been in school and I haven't written much lately.
